Japanese Ukiyo Vodka is born from a base of rice and sent in small batches triple-distance to traditional stills. Japan rice is famous for producing the purest spirit. Ukiyo Rice Vodka is extremely clean, smooth and subtly sweet. Like Japanese shōchū or sake, this rice vodka is restaurant to drink or to pair with food.
The rice is inoculated with black kōji, fermented and then sent to a traditional Japanese Awamori distillery. This Awamori rice spirit is redistilled into pure rice spirit.
The result is a masterfully distilled traditional Japanese rice vodka.
