Its color has begun to acquire the patina of time, that wonderful, unstable, slightly brick-like hue that is so associated with Xinomavro and Negoska. The nose is ethereal and at the same time unruly and complex. It has something of red forest fruits, spicy spices, tomato vegetality and raw leather. Special, complex, spontaneous, full of energy. The mouth is firm and structured, but not a roadblock, it does not lack in any way a gentle feel. There is a peculiar struggle between something refined and something more raw that brings out this wine strongly and at the same time. It will age superbly for well over a decade, opening up and displaying an even more complex, earthy mouthfeel.
