Excellent aged grape spirit from the great Greek winemaker Costas Lazaridis, where “Grape spirit” is the most sophisticated variant of the spirit of grape pomace (that is, tsipouros and tsikoudia), since it is essentially wine spirit – that is, brandy – and not winemaking residues. Sauvignon Blanc grapes are used which are allowed to overripe, until their varietal aromas reach their peak. Aging in new French oak barrels where Amethystos Sauvignon Blanc has matured. Extremely elegant bottle. Every drop of it a unique experience, a feast of the senses, an ideal accompaniment for a good, aromatic cigar.
