CHARACTERISTICS :
Deep ruby red color. Aroma of ripe red fruits, black pepper, smoked bacon, spicy, full bodied, velvet tannins and long aftertaste. Matures in French oak barrels for 17 months. Gentle aeration in a decanter is recommended.
HARMONY:
Roasted meat, red sauce, spicy sauce and fatty yellow cheese.
